  • While AI Checkup's AI agents are issued and operated using the Virtuals platform and its related services, the Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of these platforms or services.

  • Regarding the terms of use and privacy policy of the Virtuals platform and related services, please refer to the provisions of each platform.

12.4. Purchase and Trading of Tokens, NFTs, etc.

  • The Team and AI Checkup are not involved in the issuance, sale, or trading of tokens, NFTs, etc. related to AI agents, and shall not be liable for any matters related thereto.

  • Even if tokens, NFTs, etc. are sold or traded in connection with or claiming to be related to AI Checkup, please purchase or trade them at your own risk.

  • The Team shall not be liable for any loss arising from price fluctuations or trading of tokens, NFTs, etc.
