AI Checkup's business development will be carried out over a five-year plan consisting of four phases: "Establishing an Initial Foundation and Raising Stakeholder Awareness," "Selecting Pilot Regions and Conducting Effectiveness Verification," "Expanding Services and Establishing Sustainability," and "Considering Data Utilization, Business Expansion, and Monetization."

8.1. Establishing an Initial Foundation and Raising Stakeholder Awareness (2025)

January 2025:

  • Project Announcement: Publish a whitepaper outlining AI Checkup's overview and development plan, and open social media accounts.

  • Website Launch: Launch the website under development.

  • Completion of Alpha Version App Development: Release an alpha version app implementing basic functions (AI diagnosis, medical institution search).

February 2025:

  • Commencement of Basic Agreement Formation with Key Partners: Aim to form basic agreements with international organizations and major research institutions and begin discussions on specific collaboration details.

  • Development of AI Ethics Guidelines: Develop and publish ethical guidelines for AI development and operation.

  • Completion of Selection of Technical Advisors: Select technical advisors from fields such as AI, blockchain, and medicine and seek their cooperation.

  • Update Whitepaper: Add information about major partners and technical advisors with whom basic agreements have been reached to the whitepaper.

March 2025:

  • Completion of Basic Design of AI Diagnostic Algorithm: Complete the selection of core AI models, prioritization of target diseases, and design of the question and answer flow.

  • Completion of Basic Design of Prototype App: Complete the UI/UX design of major functions (diagnosis, medical institution search).

  • Completion of Selection of Pilot Regions: Determine the first deployment region (e.g., a specific region in Southeast Asia) and begin field research.
